Return & Exchanges

RETRUN & EXCHANGE POLICY – SWINWEAR

At Voyara, hygiene and product quality are extremely important to us. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers, we offer returns and exchanges on swimwear under specific conditions.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & EXCHANGES:

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The swimwear must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
  • The hygiene liner/protective sticker must remain intact and untampered with.
  • Products with signs of usage, stains, damage, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, missing tags, or missing hygiene liners will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return or exchange requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Eligible products can be exchanged for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • Only one exchange request per order will be allowed.
  • Customers are responsible for all reverse shipping and exchange shipping charges applicable for returns or exchanges.
  • In case the requested size is unavailable, customers may opt for store credit or an alternate product of equal value, subject to brand approval.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

  • All returned products will undergo a quality and hygiene inspection upon receipt.
  • Refunds/exchanges will only be processed after the product successfully passes the inspection process.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • For COD orders, only the product amount paid (excluding shipping/COD charges) will be eligible for refund, subject to approval after inspection.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Voyara reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions or fails hygiene and quality checks.
