At Voyara, we are committed to providing premium quality and craftsmanship in every piece we create. We value your trust and ensure that all our policies uphold the highest standards of service, hygiene, and care.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please email customercare@voyara.in within 24 hours of placing it. Since we process all orders within this timeframe, cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours.

SWIMWEAR

Swimwear falls under the intimate wear category. Due to hygiene considerations:

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed on swimwear.

  • We cannot entertain any requests for modifications, returns, or size changes for swimwear.

RESORT WEAR

We do not offer returns or refunds for resort wear. However, size exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The piece must be shipped to us within 2 days of delivery.

  • The garment must be in perfect, unused condition with original tags attached.

  • There must be no tampering with zippers, embellishments, or fabric.

  • Only same-style exchanges for size are allowed; we do not offer style changes.

To initiate a size exchange, please email customercare@voyara.in within 24 hours of receiving your order.
